CALLBOX is an electronic, intelligent courier locker system. It was developed for the 24-hour delivery and collection of goods and consignments.

CALLBOX allows consignments to be delivered to a convenient locker bank at your required location. The consignee can collect the consignment at any time - 24 hours a day.

It is possible to network CALLBOX: two or more locker banks are controlled by a central control unit (CCU). This enables the operator to control functions such as occupancy of lockers, delivery times of consignments, etc. from a back-office facility. The central server can also provide the means for calculating charges and administering payments.

CALLBOX lockers are offered in standard sizes, or to meet your specification, and come in a wide range of RAL colours.

Access to the lockers, for both dropping off and collecting, is usually via PIN codes or customer cards.

CALLBOX can be located indoors or outside. If outside, it will need reasonable protection to ensure that the electronics are kept dry. We have optional canopies and back panels for this purpose. A power socket is also required near the user station/paypoint.
